Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa and MasterCard, and we also accept Paypal. Your card will be charged as soon as you place the order, but we will only proceed once we have confirmed stock availability.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://beautifulgardens.co/account/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at enquiries@beautifulgardens.co just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, call us on 0800 0541165 or email enquiries@beautifulgardens.co, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

When will my order arrive?

This depends on the supplier of your order, as each supplier has a different average lead time, please check our Delivery FAQ's, thanks.

How much is Delivery?

Delivery is Free through mainland UK!

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Skyline Design Delivery

Skyline Design delivery is free and will also be White Glove on large orders. Lead time is approximately 4 weeks from date of order.

Alexander Rose Delivery

Alexander Rose delivery is free across mainland UK, and lead times are approximately 10-15 days from date of order.

Royalcraft Delivery

Royalcraft delivery takes up to 5-7 working days after payment has cleared. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm excluding public holidays.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. Please read our Returns & Refunds page for more information.

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team via enquiries@beautifulgardens.co. Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via hhelp@yourstorename.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

What is Clearpay?

Clearpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

How do I use Clearpay?

Simply shop online or in-store (where available) and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Clearpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Clearpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Clearpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.

Where can I use Clearpay?

Clearpay can only be applied to purchases made on the retailer website or in-store (where available).

How does the payment schedule work?

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three
payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Clearpay account.

You can log in to your Clearpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

What if I can’t pay a Clearpay instalment?

If funds are not available or you otherwise do not make your payment when it is due, late fees may apply.

Clearpay orders are delivered as per our standard shipping time frame after you complete your
order online.

Yes, transaction value limits apply to purchases made on the retailer website using Clearpay.

What products are not eligible for purchase using Clearpay?

Clearpay is not available on purchases of gift cards. If you are purchasing gift cards along with Clearpay
eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Clearpay?

If you have changed your mind, you can return your Clearpay purchase in-store or by mail for a refund.
Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return policy here. Clearpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Clearpay.
